All our products are QC’d though the entire production process as well as inspected prior to being packed.

Q. Is our packaging compliant to FDA Food Grade Regulations?
Absolutely. All packaging that has direct food contact is complete compliance with FDA Regulations under 21 CFR part 176.170, 176.180, 176.260, 176.300 and 182.90. Our packaging uses the highest level paper grade to ensure meets your countries customs regulations 100% guaranteed.
Q. Are you an accredited import/exporter?
Absolutely. We are an ABF Accredited Trusted Trader. Administered by Home Affairs with the Australian Border Force, you can be assured as an accredited business we are fully compliant with trade practices and a secure supply chain.
Q. Can I simply get pricing?
Yes, however we require exact specifications and/or samples sent to our office for 100% accuracy.
Q. Can you make the exact packaging as we currently use?
Absolutely. All you need to do is supply 3 samples of each.
Q. Can I mix box sizes and different prints in each container?
Yes.
Q. What print quality is available?
Flexo (up to 4 Pantone colors), Hi Res Flexo (photo quality with a varnish coating) and Litho (CMYK digital photo quality with Lamination).
Q. Can I print on the inside of the box?
Yes, food grade printing is available on the inside lid of the box in Flexo (up to 4 Pantone colors), Hi Res Flexo (photo quality).
Q. What flutes are available?
Available in E Flute, B Flute and C Flute as a stock service. Other corrugated flutes are available upon request.

Q. Can you do a full color photo quality box?
Absolutely. We offer Hi-Res Flexo and CMYK Litho full color process. The printing will be photo color quality that makes for an extremely powerful marketing tool.
Q. What is the lead time?
Generally, we require 2 weeks prior to shipping. However, if you have a tighter schedule in which you need to work, we will do everything we can to accommodate you.
